ATTORNEY PROFILE
I graduated from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama in May, 1987. I was licensed and admitted to practice law in Alabama in September, 1987. I practiced law in Dadeville and Alexander City, Alabama in Tallapoosa County from September, 1987 until I moved to Gulf Shores full time in October, 1995.
The majority of my practice involves commercial and residential real estate closings, sales, development and other real estate matters. The remainder of my practice consists primarily of corporate and small business formation and representation, corporate defense litigation, creditor bankruptcy, and other general civil and litigation matters. My clients include real estate companies, developers, mortgage companies and other financial institutions.
